Automated Paint-Baked Keel Production Line

The Paint-baked keel production line covers steel strip feeding, roll forming, precision punching, cutting, surface finishing and quality inspection. Controlled production helps maintain consistent dimensions and secure connections between Main Tees, Cross Tees and Wall Angles. 

During production, workers inspect the surface finish, profile shape, length and connection points to reduce deformation and assembly problems. Different sizes, colors and packaging options can be prepared according to project or distributor requirements. 

The finished ceiling T-grid products are suitable for Mineral wool boards, gypsum ceiling boards and other modular Suspended Ceiling Systems used in offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls and public buildings.
